Office policy - we have carried out a Health & Safety Risk Assessment in respect of our main Administration Office in Leigh, which has now re-opened but is staffed to minimum levels; no more than 2 people will be in the office at any one time and they will maintain 2 metre distancing and appropraite hygiene measures including regular handwashing, use of hand sanitizer, no sharing of desks and office equipment, use of separate cups and utensils and regular cleaning of the kitchen area. No visitors will be allowed entry other than by prior appointment and we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments. The office is in a multi-occupied building with communal spaces and shared toilet areas but we have consulted with the landlord (also an occupier) and are satisfied that an appropriate cleaning and hygiene regime is in place so as to minimise the risk of viral spread. There is no unauthorised access to the building, which has a security entry system. Other staff will work from home and we have a Property Inspection Policy (see below) for survey and valuation inspections.
